By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Casa Allegra Community Services, you agree to receive service-related, administrative, scheduling, staffing, employment, program, and support-related text messages from Casa Allegra.

 

Casa Allegra Community Services is a nonprofit organization that provides services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. SMS/text messaging is used to support communication with participants, families, guardians, authorized representatives, staff, applicants, service providers, and other individuals who communicate with the organization.

 

Message Types

 

SMS messages from Casa Allegra may include appointment or meeting coordination, program communication, day services updates, supported living communication, participant service-related communication, family, guardian, or authorized representative communication, staffing and scheduling coordination, employment or job application follow-up, document or information requests, reminder messages, urgent service-related notices, general support communication, and other communications related to Casa Allegra’s nonprofit services and operations.

 

Consent

 

Individuals may provide SMS consent by texting Casa Allegra first, giving verbal consent during a phone call, submitting contact information to Casa Allegra, signing or completing service-related or employment-related documents, participating in Casa Allegra services or communications, or otherwise requesting or authorizing communication by text message.

 

Message Frequency

 

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the relationship with Casa Allegra, the services involved, staffing or scheduling needs, program communication, or support needs.

 

Message and Data Rates

 

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and mobile plan.

 

Opt-Out Instructions

 

You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Casa Allegra at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you reply STOP, Casa Allegra will update your SMS preference and stop sending text messages to that number.
