SMS messages may be used for service-related, administrative, scheduling, staffing, employment, program, and support-related communications. These messages may include appointment or meeting coordination, program communication, day services updates, supported living communication, staffing coordination, employment or application follow-up, document requests, reminders, urgent service-related notices, general support communication, and other communications related to Casa Allegra’s nonprofit services and operations.
Casa Allegra collects and uses phone numbers only for legitimate organizational communication with individuals who have contacted us, provided consent, are involved in our services, are connected to a participant or applicant, have a working relationship with the organization, or otherwise requested or authorized communication by text message.
SMS consent may be collected when an individual texts Casa Allegra first, provides verbal consent during a phone call, submits contact information to the organization, signs or completes service-related, employment-related, or authorization documents, or otherwise gives permission for Casa Allegra to communicate by text message.
Casa Allegra tracks SMS opt-in and opt-out preferences in its internal records, including the phone number, consent source, date and time of consent when available, and opt-out status.
No mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, or text messaging consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
